Product Overview
The Siemens LME11 Burner Controller is part of the Siemens LME series used for automatic burner start-up and flame supervision in gas-fired combustion systems. These controllers manage the burner sequence including pre-purge, ignition, flame detection, and safety shutdown.
The controller is mainly designed for single-stage gas burners operating in intermittent mode and is commonly used in boilers, hot-air generators, and industrial heating equipment.
The LME11 controller includes built-in safety functions such as air pressure monitoring, undervoltage detection, and flame supervision. If the flame is not detected within the defined safety time, the controller immediately stops the burner and locks the system until it is reset.
With LED status indication and diagnostic functions, the controller allows quick troubleshooting and reliable burner operation in industrial environments.

Technical Description
The Siemens LME11 Burner Controller manages the complete burner ignition and safety sequence. During operation, the controller first performs a pre-purge cycle to clear the combustion chamber, then activates ignition and monitors the flame signal.
If the flame is detected through an ionization electrode or compatible flame sensor, the burner continues normal operation. If no flame is detected within the safety time, the controller automatically shuts down the burner and enters lockout mode to prevent unsafe gas accumulation.
This safety logic ensures reliable burner operation and protects industrial heating systems from combustion hazards.
