Product Overview
The Siemens LMV26 / LMV36 Burner Combustion Manager is an advanced linkageless burner management system designed for the automatic control, supervision, and optimization of forced-draft industrial burners operating on gas, oil, or dual fuel. It integrates burner safety control, electronic air-fuel ratio control, and actuator management into a single system for improved combustion efficiency and safety.
The LMV26 / LMV36 system manages the entire burner operation including pre-purge, ignition, flame monitoring, fuel valve control, actuator positioning, and safety shutdown. Unlike conventional mechanical linkage systems, the LMV series uses electronic fuel-air ratio control, allowing precise adjustment of combustion curves and improving burner efficiency.
These combustion managers support modulating and multi-stage burners, controlling up to two actuators for fuel and air control, while also offering integrated gas valve proving systems and variable speed drive (VSD) fan control for optimized burner performance.
The LMV26 / LMV36 series is widely used by OEM burner manufacturers, boiler manufacturers, and industrial heating system integrators where reliable burner control, energy efficiency, and advanced diagnostics are required.
