The LMV26 / LMV36 system manages the entire burner operation including pre-purge, ignition, flame monitoring, fuel valve control, actuator positioning, and safety shutdown. Unlike conventional mechanical linkage systems, the LMV series uses electronic fuel-air ratio control, allowing precise adjustment of combustion curves and improving burner efficiency.

The Siemens LMV26 / LMV36 Combustion Manager is a microprocessor-controlled burner management system designed for forced-draft industrial burners of medium to high capacity. It integrates flame safeguard functions with electronic combustion control to ensure safe and efficient burner operation.

The system includes burner sequence control, valve proving system, electronic fuel-air ratio control, actuator positioning, and communication interfaces. Up to two SQM3 or SQN1 actuators can be controlled to precisely regulate air and fuel flow, enabling optimized combustion across the entire burner load range.
