The Suntec AN Oil Pump Series is a basic oil burner pump designed for light-oil burner applications. It incorporates a pressure regulating valve combined with a piston cut-off mechanism, ensuring controlled fuel delivery and safe burner shutdown during stop cycles.

The pump uses a gear set mechanism that draws fuel oil from the tank through an internal filter and delivers it to the burner nozzle line. The pressure regulating valve maintains stable fuel pressure, while excess oil is automatically returned to the tank in a two-pipe system or redirected to the suction port in a one-pipe installation.

Technical Description

The Suntec AN Oil Pump operates using a precision gear mechanism connected to the burner motor shaft. As the gear rotates, fuel oil is drawn from the storage tank through an integrated filter and delivered to the pressure regulating valve.

The regulating valve maintains the correct pressure to the burner nozzle while excess fuel is bypassed to the return line in two-pipe systems or recirculated to the suction side in single-pipe systems. The integrated piston mechanism provides a cut-off function during shutdown, preventing uncontrolled oil flow and ensuring safe burner operation.
