Technical Description

The Suntec AUV Service Case includes universal AUV pumps equipped with a gear set that draws oil from the tank through a built-in filter and transfers it to the nozzle line via a normally closed blocking solenoid valve.

When the solenoid valve is activated, fuel flows to the burner nozzle at the pressure set by the internal pressure regulating valve. When deactivated, the valve closes and all fuel is redirected back to the return line or suction side, ensuring safe fuel shut-off.

The pumps support both one-pipe and two-pipe installations, with a bypass plug system that determines whether excess oil is returned to the tank or recirculated internally.

The service kit also includes filters, seals, cables, fittings, and conversion components, allowing technicians to handle various installation requirements without needing additional parts.
