The Suntec E Oil Pump is engineered for industrial oil burner systems using heavy or high-viscosity fuels. It is widely used in industrial boilers, furnaces, and large heating equipment where stable fuel pressure and reliable operation at higher temperatures are required.

The pump is equipped with a special high-temperature shaft seal that allows it to operate safely in heavy oil environments. It also includes a preheater mounting cavity designed to accommodate an electric heating cartridge, which helps warm the oil before start-up and improves cold-start performance.

A precision gear-set mechanism draws oil from the fuel tank through a built-in filter and transfers it to the pressure regulating valve that controls the oil pressure delivered to the burner nozzle.

Any oil not required by the burner nozzle is automatically bypassed through the regulating valve and returned either to the return line in a two-pipe system or to the suction side of the pump in a one-pipe installation, ensuring efficient fuel circulation and stable burner performance.

The Suntec E pump is compatible with heavy oil, light oil, medium oil, HVO biofuel, and B100 biodiesel, making it suitable for modern industrial heating applications.

Technical Description

The Suntec E Oil Pump operates using a gear set driven by the burner motor, which draws oil from the storage tank through a built-in filter and transfers it to the pressure regulating valve.

The pressure regulating valve controls the oil pressure delivered to the burner nozzle line, while excess oil is bypassed through the valve and returned to the return line or suction port depending on the installation configuration.

The pump body includes a dedicated cavity for installing an electric preheater, which warms the oil before pump start-up to reduce viscosity and ensure smoother operation when using heavy fuels.

Some models of the E series do not include a cut-off function, meaning fuel shut-off must be provided using an external in-line solenoid valve installed in the burner fuel line.
