Product Overview
The Suntec J Oil Pump is designed for medium-capacity oil burner applications used in industrial boilers, furnaces, and process heating systems. The pump incorporates a pressure regulating valve and is available with or without a cut-off function, depending on the specific model configuration.
A precision gear set driven by the burner motor draws fuel oil from the storage tank through a built-in filter and transfers it to the pressure regulating valve that controls the oil pressure supplied to the burner nozzle.
Oil that is not required by the burner nozzle is automatically bypassed through the regulating valve and returned to the return line in a two-pipe installation, or back to the suction side of the pump in a one-pipe system, ensuring stable pressure control and efficient fuel circulation.
Some models of the J series include a built-in mechanical cut-off function, while others require an external in-line solenoid valve to provide fuel shut-off during burner shutdown.
The Suntec J pump is compatible with light and medium fuel oils, HVO, and biodiesel blends, making it suitable for modern industrial heating applications.

Technical Description
The Suntec J Oil Pump operates using a gear set driven by the burner motor that draws fuel from the tank through an integrated filter and transfers it to the pressure regulating valve.
The pressure regulating valve controls the oil pressure delivered to the burner nozzle line. Oil that is not required by the burner nozzle is bypassed through the valve and returned either to the return line in a two-pipe installation or to the suction side of the pump in a one-pipe configuration.
For models equipped with a cut-off function, the valve uses a piston design that opens when the pump reaches the required speed during start-up and closes automatically when the pump speed decreases during shutdown.
Models without the cut-off function require an external solenoid valve installed in the fuel line to ensure proper fuel shut-off.
