The Suntec M2C / M3C Gas Valve is a compact multifunctional gas control unit designed for 1-stage gas burner systems in industrial and commercial applications. It integrates two Class A+A safety solenoid valves along with a high-accuracy pressure regulator, combining safety and performance in a single unit.

At rest, both safety valves remain closed, blocking gas flow. When energized, both valves open simultaneously, allowing controlled gas flow through the system.

The valve includes a servo-controlled pressure regulator that continuously monitors upstream and downstream pressure, automatically adjusting to maintain stable outlet pressure regardless of flow variations.

It is available in multiple configurations, including fast opening and slow opening versions. The optional slow opening function (with hydraulic damper) ensures smooth ignition and compliance with safety standards like EN 676.

The valve is compatible with natural gas, LPG, and hydrogen blends, making it suitable for modern industrial burner systems.

Technical Description

The Suntec M2C / M3C Gas Valve operates using two electrically controlled safety solenoid valves combined with a servo-regulated pressure control system.

When the system is powered, both solenoid valves open, allowing gas to flow through the valve. When power is removed, both valves close rapidly (within 0.2 seconds), ensuring immediate shut-off.

The servo pressure regulator continuously balances upstream and downstream pressure, adjusting valve position automatically to maintain a constant outlet pressure regardless of system demand.

Optional hydraulic damping enables gradual opening of the second valve, reducing pressure shock and ensuring smooth burner ignition.
