The Suntec M2N / M3N Combined Gas Valves are specially designed for 1-stage gas burner systems and combine two Class A safety solenoid valves in a single body. This dual-valve configuration ensures safe gas isolation and reliable burner operation.

In the resting state, both solenoid valves remain closed, preventing gas from flowing through the system. When the coils are energized, the valves open and allow gas to pass to the burner. This design ensures precise control of gas supply during burner operation.

The valves are compatible with multiple fuel types including natural gas, LPG, and hydrogen-blend gases, making them suitable for modern industrial combustion systems.

The optional slow-opening second valve with hydraulic damper improves safety and supports compliance with the EN 676 standard for forced-draft gas burners.

Technical Description

The Suntec M2N / M3N Combined Gas Valves consist of two independent solenoid valves arranged in series inside a durable aluminium body. When power is applied, both valves open simultaneously to allow gas flow toward the burner.

If the electrical supply is interrupted, the valves close rapidly to block gas flow, ensuring safe burner shutdown. This fast response helps prevent unsafe gas accumulation in the combustion chamber.

The M2N and M3N models are designed with a wide operating range and high gas flow capacity, making them suitable for different burner sizes and industrial heating applications.
