Technical Description

The Suntec TA Oil Pump operates using a gear set driven by the burner motor, drawing oil from the storage tank through an integrated filter and transferring it to the burner nozzle line.

Fuel pressure is controlled by two pressure regulating valves, each responsible for one firing stage. During operation, the pump switches between low-pressure and high-pressure modes depending on burner demand.

The integrated solenoid valve controls the fuel flow, ensuring that oil is supplied to the burner only when required and providing fast cut-off during shutdown.

Excess oil is automatically returned either to the return line in a two-pipe system or to the suction side in a one-pipe installation, maintaining stable pressure and efficient circulation.
